INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage (1 small flower, grated or finely chopped)
Onions (finely chopped)
Cottage Cheese/ Paneer (crumbled with hand)
Black Pepper and Salt (to taste)
Butter
METHOD:
Mix all in a bowl:- finely chopped cabbage, onions and paneer. Add salt & black pepper to it. Add butter and mix well and keep aside.
Pre-heat the toast. Take bread slices and spread the mixture. Greeze with oil or butter on outer sides of bread and put in toaster. Remove when done. Serve with tomato ketchup or pudhina chutney.
