Stop falling in love with your future.

It is holding you back. Like a carrot in front of a donkey, the promise of the future is a distraction. And it makes you lose sight of what is truly important.

If you say the future is bright, then are you saying that the present is dark?

The only reason you can look at something faraway and conclude that it is bright is if you are relatively looking from a dark place. If where you are is bright, your focus will be on something else.

The rich don’t think of the future as bright. The rich don’t see the future as bright. In fact, a lot of wealthy people have a negative (dark) view of the future.

That tells you one thing — they believe their present is bright.

And this is a principle of life that helps them sustain their status. The law of attraction brings to you more of what you already are. It never brings you what you want.

The Future Doesn’t Exist

I have discovered that the law of inertia works in real life too.
