New feature — “Hide” business results

This week, we’ve a small -but-perfectly-formed feature release to help those sales development teams using Ricochet to source and research hundreds of leads every month — you can now “hide” results across all searches:

Hide search results that aren’t useful…

It’s difficult to keep track of which leads you’ve seen, which you’ve dismissed, which you’ve engaged or added to your CRM — so “hide” is a simple-but-powerful way to remove leads from across your search results, while ensuring they’re still available to review again at a later date:

…and easily find them if you change your mind.

It also helps sales development teams who review small numbers of searches, allowing them to work through the results more efficiently, ensuring less relevant leads don’t get in the way of the 2,500+ new business results we’re adding daily and other potential opportunities.
