Aaron Hernandez medical request

Aaron Hernandez formerly requested medical information obtained during his time with the New England Patriots to be released for use in his upcoming murder trials. The paperwork was filed on the one-year anniversary of the death of Odin Lloyd, the alleged victim that sparked the dramatic downfall of the former tight end.

Hernandez’s attorneys subpoenaed the Patriots for psychiatric and physiological information, drug or alcohol abuse related records, scouting records, X-rays, MRI’s, and CT Scans.

One “check-mark” that seems to be missing from the paperwork is the consent to release his “HIV or sexually transmitted disease” medical history.

Didn’t Al Capone go crazy and die from syphilis? Sounds like an alibi to kill 3 people, right?

The Hernandez trial is expected to start in October.
