Brett Favre High School Offensive Coordinator

Future NFL Hall of Famer and infamous text messenger Brett Favre is expected to be named the new offensive coordinator at Oak Grove High School in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

“He is taking a job out there,” Favre’s agent Bus Cook told the Sun Herald. “He is going out there, and it will give him something to do.”

“Right now nothing is official,” Oak Grove Head Football Coach Nevil Barr said. “Brett is on vacation in Colorado, and we will talk on Monday. We will talk on Monday to see how involved he wants to be. We lost our offensive coordinator a few weeks ago.

“We have talked about it, and we will do more talking on Monday. It will be good for the kids. He is still very enthusiastic on the field.”

The kids there are probably going nuts just thinking about this. I don’t see how this can be a bad thing…as long as he’s barred from getting the cheerleaders’ phone numbers. No one wants an old man’s junk on their pink sidekick.
