College Football Coach Devises Ultimate Water Balloon Attack

This is epic.

Emporia State University is a NCAA Division II school in Kansas. Ever heard of it? Me neither, but I did found that former Dallas Cowboy Leon Lett played football there in his junior and senior season (although he never graduated).

Its football team is getting ready to kick of its season on August 30th against Fort Hays State University and is in the middle of a grueling preseason. The Hornets head coach Garin Higgins decided to loosen things at the end of practice one day.

After intentionally riding his team for their intensity during some drills, Higgins lined his whole team up for some classic “up/downs.” As the team was finishing their last rep, the coaching staff appeared armed with water balloons and unloaded on the team.

The ensuing aftermath was videotaped and is just great.
