David Krejci Crushed By Glass

Maybe this is the reason that hockey fans should stop acting like mental patients and slamming on the glass to celebrate.

After Chris Kelly scored the game-winning goal for the Boston Bruins in overtime in their Game 1 victory over the Washington Capitals the hometown Boston fans celebrated so hard that they knocked a glass pane out of place that landed on David Krejci’s head.

When the video is slowed down, you can see someone in a Bruins jersey with a yellow foam #1 finger go up and make the final push that breaks the glass free.

Krejci missed practice on Friday but is expected to play in Game 2.
