The biggest game of this upcoming college football weekend is the 5th-ranked Florida State Seminoles traveling to take on the 3rd-rank Clemson Tigers in Death Valley. It’s the first time that two top-5 teams from the ACC will face off since 2005.
ESPN is spending the day on the Florida State campus to give us insight to Seminoles’ preparation for the big matchup. In the weight room one of the players showed off the “pencil roll.”
Which has now become my favorite workout routine ever.
