We have to spend some time and congratulate New York Yankee shortshop, Derek Jeter, on reaching the 3,000 hit milestone right before the MLB All-Star break. What most people don’t realize is that Jeter reached another milestone in that same game, it was the 8 gazillith time Jeter over reacted at the plate.
The MLB Home Run Derby has officially test my patience. A Three Hour contest. Come one. If I have to watch another player or friend run up to the batter with a towel and Gatorade while trying to make a big deal after someone hits a couple of home runs in a row just, my head will explode. Although, I will admit that the tie-breaker rule of getting just 5 swings seemed like a logical and efficient option in the future.
