Even a Conn Smythe Trophy winner can shit the bed sometimes.

Los Angeles Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick gave up one of the worst goals of his career Monday night in a 3–1 loss to the New York Rangers. Rangers Defensiveman Ryan McDonagh was just trying to kill a power play when he sent the puck the length of the ice. Quick was just trying to stop the puck. That didn’t happen.

Quick lost control of his stick and ended up allowing the puck to bounce off his glove and into the net.
