If you solely get your sports news from ESPN, we have a wake-up call for you this morning.

Lebron James is committed one of the WORST flops in NBA history.

After the Miami Heat’s 105–103 victory over the Boston Celtics Monday night, there were three talking points from the game. First, the Miami Heat extended their win streak to 23 games. The second most by an NBA but still 10 games behind the 1971–72 Los Angeles Lakers record of 33. Second, Lebron James had an crushing dunk over Jason Terry. Some are considering it one of the dunks of the year. Third, and the bright spot for the Celtics, Jeff Green had a career high 43 points and finally gave Boston the performance they hoped for when they traded Kendrick Perkins for him back in 2011.

The story that everyone missed outside of New England was this atrocious flop by Lebron. Now if you look at the GIF at the top of the page [which is from ESPN’s feed] it looks like Brandon Bass clearly catches James with an elbow to the head, which dramatically sent him to the ground. Even ESPN analyst Hubie Brown commented that Lebon was clearly hit in the head.

However a little internet research found this GIF below from Barstool Sports which was made from the local Comcast Sportsnet New England feed that shows Bass’ elbow clearly catching Lebron on the shoulder and not the head.

Do you think Lebron ever gets embarrassed over his flopping?
