Can someone tell this guy to stop ruining this Neil Diamond song, oh wait.
An emotional day at Fenway Park as the Red Sox played their first home game since the remaining Boston Marathon suspect was captured late Friday night.
During the 8th inning, Neil Diamond himself sang Sweet Caroline which has been the song most closely associated with the Red Sox and Fenway Park over the past few years.
I don’t want to crush Diamond because he reportedly just flew to Boston on his own dime and called up the Red Sox in the morning to ask if he could sing, which is pretty fucking awesome, but this rendition was just awful.
I mean, Neil may have sang the worst Neil Diamond song ever. Love where your heart is at though.
