During the 4th round of the 2012 Wimbledon tennis major, Casey was sitting in the Royal Box on Centre Court watching Novak Djokovic defeat Viktor Troicki. When the camera cut to him, he was getting a back rub from his girlfriend Pollyanna Woodward who is an English Television presenter…and pretty hot.
