The Philadelphia Phillies are primarily broadcasted on the Comcast SportsNet station in the Philly region. However a few games a season, PHL 17 (Tribune) broadcasts games. Because of the lack of a consistent schedule it shouldn’t be surprising that their on-air talent isn’t great.

One of their post game personalities is Sigourney McCleaf, who based on her LinkedIn profile as never held a job on the air or in media. She is attractive and seems to have a good personality but this whole reporting segment is sketchy from the start and ends in a blaze of glory when she apologizes for struggling to say “Cliff Lee’s 1600th strikeout” by claiming she was “tongue twat.”

Who knew when you get stuck in between saying “tongue tied” and “tongue twister” you end up with “tongue twat.”

Her looks do make you forget about that whole broadcast journalist thing…
