Roger Clemens has a federal indictment hanging over his giant inflatable head for lying to congress in 2008 about his steroid use. I never would’ve guessed that Clemens took steroids, I mean don’t most athletes have their best years after the age of 35. You know how I know Roger Clemens took steroids, his flattop told me. Who do you think got back-acne first, Roger or his wife.
Brett Favre is back…After Minnesota Viking teammates Steve Hutchinson, Jared Allen, and Ryan Longwell spent the night with Favre at his Mississippi home. That sentence alone makes me wonder if anyone pulled out their horned helmets. Can anyone explain to me how kicker Ryan Longwell has become a major force in these negotiations. What happened to the days of when a kicker was mocked and ignored by the rest of the team.
For Full Disclosure, I hate the Mets. But is it not hilarious that Mets closer, Francisco Rodriguez, K-Rod was injured in a fight with his father-in-law and is now out for the remainder of the season. Although the full story has not come out, word is that K-Rod’s father-in-law questioned his manhood, probably because he plays for the Mets.

Golfer Dustin Johnson was robbed of the chance to win the PGA Championship. If the crowd can walk through it, its not a bunker.
If you are not watching HBO’s Hard Knocks on the New York Jets, you are missing out on one of the best shows on television. And I would love to see people try to explain to their children how Antonio Cromartie has 4 kids, all three years old, but not with the same birthday.
