Even Siri knows that last night’s Game 1 of the 2013 World Series wasn’t even close. Ask your Apple device a few questions this morning.

Siri: “The Red Sox trounced the Cardinals in game 1 of the World Series by a score of 8 to 1 yesterday.”
Who won the Cardinals game last night?
Siri: “The Cardinals were crushed by the Red Sox in game 1 of the World Series yesterday; the final score was 8 to 1.”
If the Cardinals continue to play defense like they did in Game 1, committing 3 errors and comically letting an infield fly ball drop between Adam Wainwright and Yadier Molina, we may watch a sweep repeat of 2004.
Who would’ve guess that Siri knew what “trounced” mean?
