The Worst [Almost] Hockey Fight Ever

This would absolutely be the worst fight in the history of professional hockey…if a punch was actually thrown. Since this was more like a display from figure skating’s doubles division, I’m not sure what to call this.

This, eh, exhibition took place in the North American Hockey League between Francis Lessard of the Cornwall RiverKings and Sebastien Laferrier of the Sorel-Tracy HC Carvena.

At no point were the two players within arm reach of one another and after 55 seconds of skating in a giant circle the refs mercifully brought this encounter to an end.
