Two Redskins Injured After Colliding In Warmups

Washington Redskins safety Brandon Meriweather was “ecstatic” about making his debut with the team on Sunday. Meriweather suffered a left knee injury in a practice during the first week of the season but was hoping to play barring any setbacks on Sunday against the Buccaneers.

However, Meriweather didn’t make it out of warmups after he suffered another injury when he collided with wide receiver Aldrick Robinson.
