White Sox Fans Should Be Embarrassed With How Weakly They Booed A-Rod

Just hours after being suspended by MLB for his involvement with the Miami-based Biogenesis clinic, New York Yankees 3rd baseman Alex Rodriguez made his 2013 season debut in Chicago against the White Sox. Because A-Rod is currently appealing his 211 game suspension, he was allowed to be in the lineup tonight.

When A-Rod made his first plate appearance in the 2nd inning, he was predictably booed by the Chicago fans but not with a lot of passion.

This is arguably the biggest cheater in the history of baseball and he was booed like a Houston Astros pinch-hitter. Chicago fans should be embarrassed. It sounded like the groans of people suffering from sore vaginas.

Sidenote: Nothing could be more appropriate than A-Rod fisting a bloop single into left field in his first at-bat, while simultaneously fisting every single baseball fan by appealing his suspension and pretending that he is innocent.

Sidenote 2: Derek Jeter went on the DL just hours before this game and most likely won’t play a game with A-Rod this season if the suspension is held up. Jeter wants none of this and is just letting A-Rod twist in the wind. So Jeter.
