WWE Superstar Darren Young Announces That He’s Gay

WWE wrestler Darren Young had just arrived at LAX to prepare for this weekend’s Summerslam PPV at the Staples Center when he was asked by a TMZ camera if a “gay wrestler could be successful.”

Young’s shocking response.

“Absolu [laugh]. Absolutely, look at me, you know. I’m a WWE Superstar and to be honest with you, I’ll tell you right now, I’m gay…and I’m happy.”

Young’s announcement would make him the first openly gay WWE Superstar ever.

Now this is professional wrestling, where everything is always up for speculation, but Young seems pretty sincere in this video.
