It was 77 degrees, with a beautiful blue sky and brilliant sunshine.
My spirit longed to be outside, nestled in Nature’s ever-changing earth, May blossoms, and the radiating warmth of the sun.
Also, Red (a tree I met on Day 81) had been calling me to visit, to sit at her feet, and see God’s majesty in temperance, time, and transition.
I stepped outside and into jubilation, feeling the sun, her rays, and trees ripe with green leaves and colorful blooms jostling playfully for my attention. They laughed, and I joined them. Taking my hand, they led my footsteps, deeper breath, and slowing heartbeat.
Funny, how deliberate I had to be to taste and drink in Nature’s simplicity and splendor and hear her sing in syllables of silence.
