I had been waiting 18 months for a resolution to a problem and 12 for a positive outcome on another.

I did what I could for both and then chose to let go.

When others heard about the issues — one equating to more work and the second to a financial loss — they became upset for me and could not understand my calm.

Both got resolved today. Two emails appeared in my inbox with documentation of the positive outcomes.
