On the way to work on a gray, wet morning with travel delays in my crowded city, I am entranced by the rain.

I see rain droplets on the glass at the bus stop and how they blur the woman standing and the cars passing through its misted frame — How form, color, and movement are softened and stirred into wetness, poetry, and art.

I board the bus, almost sadly, not wanting to leave the rain’s splendid softness.
