Parent Company, Left, selected as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers

Left, the parent company of RightMesh and one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, has been selected as one of Canada’s Top Small and Medium Employers by Mediacorp Inc. today.

“We are incredibly proud of this national recognition of our unique company culture and initiatives,” said Tracy McDonald, Director of Talent and Culture at Left. “We build our culture by hiring people who express the same core values as we hold. Our Lefties (employees) are the heart of our organization, and this award reflects what they’ve helped build over the last nine years. We’re proud of our culture, our Lefties and our collaborative team dynamic across our brands.”

WNorth Conference

Caryl and Tracy at the WNORTH Conference

On April 11th-12th, our Operations Director, Caryl Longden, and our Director of Talent and Culture, Tracy McDonald, attended WNORTH in Whistler, Canada. This boutique-style conference was focused on providing a forum for women who are aiming for, or already on, a senior executive leadership track.

Caryl spoke on a panel on ‘Leading the Way in Disruption’ alongside Barinder Rasode from Grow Tech Labs, Ragina Landim Noppe from the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada, and moderator Erin Millar from Discourse Media, to a room of the top female business leaders in the country.

Overall, the conference was a great opportunity for women in business from the corporate, public and entrepreneurial sectors, to come together to enhance their leadership skills and engage in high-level networking.
