We are so excited to announce that our parent company, Left, has been recognized for not one, not two, but three prestigious awards this week! These awards are a testament to the strong team we have behind us. Left is recognized as one of Canada’s and North America’s fastest growing technology companies on Deloitte’s Canada’s Technology Fast 50 list and North America’s Technology Fast 500 list. In addition, Left was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. Our team is feeling great and ready to take on the Asia Roadshow coming up for the next two weeks.

RightMesh parent company, Left, has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers on Mediacorp Canada Inc.’s 2019 list!
The 2018 Canada’s Top 100 Employers List is a national competition to find employers with exceptional human resources programs and forward-thinking workplace policies. This is the first year Left has applied to the competition and is one of only 15 new entrants on the list. Employers are rigorously graded by Mediacorp Canada Inc. on eight criteria.

RightMesh Parent Company, Left, Recognized by Deloitte As One of the Fastest Growing Technology Companies in Canada and North America
Left, the parent company of RightMesh, announced this week two impressive achievements ranking 16th on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ list in Canada and 101st on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ list in North America.
Left was selected from hundreds of nominations based on its rapid revenue growth, entrepreneurial spirit, and bold innovation. Left’s impressive revenue growth of 409.08% from 2014–2017 was a deciding factor in making the lists.
The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program winners consist of companies in the tech sector, that have transformed industries. Now in its 21st year, the program runs alongside the broader Deloitte North American Technology Fast 500™.
RightLabs
Our Manager of Global Partnerships & Strategy, Brianna MacNeil, traveled to New York this past week to continue with ongoing partnership discussions. She had some positive meetings with the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative on collaboration for joint research, the International Rescue Committee on using mesh communications in a refugee camp, and she also got a chance to catch up with our good friends at ConsenSys and Truepic.
Events
November 12: Benjamin Hughes, Mesh Engineer, Sachin Raturi, Mobile API/ SDK Developer, and Conor Brady, Software Engineer, headed down to Portland, USA, to attend Altheapalooza. This weekend event was full of workshops, networking, and mesh discussions. A highlight included hearing from Graham Castleton from Common Networks, on how wireless transmission work learned a lot about radio frequencies.

November 13: Our Co-Founder, Chris Jensen, and CFO, Simon Jones, attended EmpireStartups in San Francisco. The event brought together FinTech Entrepreneurs, investors, and financial service professionals in from around the world to discuss the current state of FinTech. The event covered the topics of financial inclusion, RegTech, and the current state of FinTech in the valley.
