This week was full of magic as our team came together from Singapore, Bangladesh and Canada to attend a two and a half day, Harry Potter themed, strategic retreat in beautiful BC. The team left feeling elated and ready for the growth that is soon to come.

Corporate Retreat

“As we come off the most intense period in the company’s history, right into our strategic retreat, this is a unique chance for us to pause and reflect on that which we are, and that which we want to become.” RightMesh Project CEO John Lyotier

The RightMesh team travelled to Loon Lake in British Columbia, Canada for a two and a half day strategic retreat. With the completion of our TGE and the growth we are preparing for, this was a unique opportunity to come together and reflect on the culture and organization as a whole moving forward. With the theme of Harry Potter, the experience was ‘magical’ to say the least.

The first day the RightMesh team spent the day immersed in the world of witchcraft and wizardry. The company was split into groups that included members from each department to compete in the Tri-Wizard Cup. Quiddatch, snatching dragon eggs and searching for horcruxes made a brilliant day of team bonding.

The second day was corporate focused. Our team did a deep dive into our process, people, product, platform, place, performance and purpose. We also set corporate and team goals that will guide us through growth.

As a whole, the retreat left us feeling stronger as an organization and closer as a team. We are very excited to start the next chapter and appreciate you, our community, that has supported us thus far.

On Tuesday June 12th, Brianna MacNeil our Product Manager Blockchain and Jenna M. our RightMesh Product Manager attended the first Indigenous Blockchain Rountable at Microsoft. The discussion was insightful and provided a great analogy of blockchain and ledgers as a medium for storytelling.
