Bleckwen: Ring Capital supported Bleckwen’s exit from Ercom and conducted a €10m financing round in this fintech working in the prevention and detection of most sophisticated payment frauds in real time using artificial intelligence technologies.

EasyMovie: the video content creation platform dedicated to businesses raised €5m from Ring Capital. EasyMovie is the first digital video content creation solution dedicated to companies. Combining technology and service, EasyMovie allows companies to self-produce an unlimited number of videos and thereby spreads the use of video in the corporate world.

Splio: Ring Capital led a €10m round in the neo-loyalty marketing platform to allow brands to manage loyalty programs and orchestrate their online & offline marketing campaigns with mobile at the heart of their strategy.

Ring Capital was also pleased to announce the appointment of Thibaut Bechetoille as Operating Partner, in charge of Ring2Success, its brand new support program dedicated to Ring’s portfolio companies.

Ring2Success relies on a community of mentors & top notch experts to combine a 360 vision and business expertise to support Ring’s investments in targeted topics (marketing, sales execution, HR, finance, …) with intervention methods and lengths adapted to their needs.

Expansion of Ring Capital’s portfolio companies

In 2019, Ring Capital’s portfolio companies have been accelerating their growth by expanding their activity in new markets & new geographies:

Adikteev acquired Elium, specialized in workflow automation, data centralization and cross-channel performance optimization AI.

Tiller Systems acquired a Spanish startup specialized in intelligent management of orders to suppliers, complementing the Tiller’s portfolio of capabilities and accelerating its growth in the Spanish market.

Dolead, a leading technology solution for lead generation, opened its office in the United States after its fundraising, under the leadership of Arthur Saint-Père, co-founder of the company who left to Boston to develop the business across the Atlantic.

Following the acquisition of Scoop’It, Linkfluence, the specialist in social insight for major international brands, has also developed its activity in the United States, through the opening of a subsidiary in New York in order to address its global customers more effectively.
