Thibaut Bechetoille joins Ring Capital as an Operating Partner to take charge of structuring and running the Ring2Success support program.
Elected President of CroissancePlus last June, this serial entrepreneur, who graduated from Ensimag and holds an executive MBA from HEC, created the network operator IP MAIAAH in 2000. This happened after a career as an engineer, product manager and director of subsidiary of high-tech American companies. In 2005 he took over the software company Qosmos which he sold in 2016. Today, he is co-CEO of Ozon, a cybersecurity solution for SMEs, and is also involved in the Réseau Entreprendre network to support entrepreneurial projects.

First, a rigorous, iterative strategic process, that clearly defines the “value criteria” or strategic differentiators that set the company apart in the market. Once these elements are clearly defined, alignment of operational resources, R&D, product, sales, marketing, … is easier to ensure.
Second, a strong investment in sales and marketing, area which is often underestimated in France or Europe.
Third, early investment in HR to build the company culture and hire the best people starting with the first line of management of the CEO.
