I’m excited to announce the publication of Callinize for RingCentral, a suite of high-quality CTI integrations that connects RingCentral with SugarCRM, Infusionsoft, Insightly, Zoho, Salesforce, and other leading CRMs.

Screen pop, click-to-dial, and advanced analytics.

Callinize’s high-quality integration includes a sophisticated, omni-present “call status” panel that lights up in front of an agent when there’s an inbound call, regardless if the agent has their CRM app open. The panel intelligently displays both basic caller information as well as pull in contact info from SugarCRM and others. Agents can then inject call notes and dispositions, or perform a dial-out as necessary. Callinize also comes with an analytics dashboard that combines RingCentral and CRM data to present a unified view of pipeline and communication stats.

The team has other tricks up their sleeves and will build upgrades to more tightly integrate RingCentral’s desktop app into the Callinize experience in the coming months.

Built in a matter of weeks.

Another exciting aspect of Callinize’s highly powerful integration with RingCentral was built in a matter of weeks. The Callinize team expressed interest in this integration in early February, and by mid-March they were able to start a production beta test with 4 customers. The integration they built required sophisticated data exchange between 3 different systems (RingCentral, Callinize, and the 3rd-party CRM), but the RingCentral Connect Platform made such development work easy to deconstruct, test, and bring to production. “At Callinize, we’ve implemented a lot of phone system APIs before… RingCentral really nailed it. It was by far the easiest integration we’ve done to date.” say Blake Robertson, CEO of Callinize.
