Welcome Sunny, Our New Community Manager!

Over the last few weeks, you may have noticed that our Blogs and Twitters are more active than ever, with better updates and, that’s just the beginning!

You are going to see similar improvements to our Telegram group and other social channels, and most importantly, the TrustNote developers community!

Today, we’d like to introduce Sunny Liu, our community manager.

With 18 years working experiences in software testing and customer services, Sunny has in-depth experience in software development and delivery life cycle. Tested many different software solutions herself, Sunny has developed her skills on identifying customer requirements, defining testing strategy and acceptance criteria, and driving the products towards the maximum customer satisfaction.

Being a qualified scrum master, Sunny has always been a valued member of the software development teams. Most recently, at Dematic, Sunny helped it’s development team to establish software development procedures with Agile methodology, this led to the successful launches of the supply chain software to customers including Smith and Schweppes, Tesla, and Sprinter.

Prior to Dematic, Sunny played QA manger and Sr Technical Support role at Nagravision, a leading digital security and media solution company. Working closely with global customers including Foxtel, StarHub, Telefonica and Unotel, Sunny developed great relationships with customers, and continued to deliver satisfaction to those customers due to her strong focus and ability to drive measurable improvements.

At TrustNote, Sunny will be responsible for the community focused communications including PR, social media, events, and deliveries, among many other things. Sunny is based in Sydney and she will also assisting Bob Lu to drive TrustNote’s global user and developer community development.

“I am very excited to become a part of the TrustNote community. Since the beginning when I heard about TrustNote, the more I learned into it, the more it attracts me. TrustNote combines the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) ledger structure and Proof of Work (PoW) together to build a more scalable and more secured distributed ledger system, I believe this will enable unlimited innovations in the tokenzied new world, I am pleased to be able to work closely with the TrustNote community, with these brilliant people, together, we will make our dreams come true!” Sunny said today.

Bob, head of TrustNote’s Australia team said today, “We are very excited to have Sunny join us, we have so many exciting plans, we’re not ready to talk about them just yet. So welcome Sunny! And to the developers and the TrustNote community, I am sure you’ll be seeing and talking to her a lot more often from now on!”
