Because Mac OS is better. It just is.

Right now I have an HP Laptop, copy-pasting is terrible! Trying to copy and paste more than 10 times in a row KILLS MY FINGERS, so I had to change it.

What’s the best way to do this?
The permanent way. ie. changing the Windows Registry.

How?

Use SharpKeys
@ https://github.com/randyrants/sharpkeys

“SharpKeys is a utility that manages a Registry key that allows Windows to remap one key to any other key.”

It’s Simple.

  1. Download the SharpKeys app: https://github.com/randyrants/sharpkeys/releases/download/v3.9/sharpkeys39.msi
  2. open “sharpkeys35.msi
  3. Install it
  4. Open SharpKeys (link on Desktop)
  5. Hit the Add button
  6. On the left side, click the Type Key button
  7. Now press the Command keyboard key
  8. On the right side, click the Type Key button
  9. Now press the Control keyboard key

7. Hit OK

8. Hit OK

9. Hit “Write to Registry”

10. Restart Computer

./DONE

Your Windows-key is now your Ctrl-key!
