Referral based HMS app — Case Study
Appron had been working on a solution to help make hospital management simpler and easier for hospitals to use and at the same time integrate the entire hospital ecosystem so everything can happen fluidly.
Research
Since the majority of the application was already developed, we started with doing a usability analysis of the application. We identified the primary tasks to be performed by all the users and worked our way down to find bottlenecks and other opportunities to improve their app. We also started building a mood board to start the groundwork for its visual design.
Analysis
After finding all the issues and opportunities in the existing design, we started conceptualizing different solutions for them and started making the wireframes so it can be easily visualized.
Design
This project was on a tight timeline so we started working on the visual design early in the process by exploring different concepts of the visual design. We went with a vivid opal color to make it more refreshing and relaxing and at the same time relatable to hospital staff.
