With much anticipation, we are thrilled to announce the debut of Batch 1 (H1'24) of the RippleX Founder Fellowship! After a rigorous selection process, we’re proud to introduce you to the eight remarkable companies who has incubated their business idea directly under the Ripple Team & our broader network over the last 6 months.

Some highlights from our in-person RippleX Summit in Toronto!

🚀 What is the RippleX Founder Fellowship?

The RippleX Founder Fellowship serves as a launchpad for underrepresented student founders who are building within the world of B2B software, where we provide founders with the relevant resources, mentorship, and opportunities to support them from idea to beyond.

Program Format

  • Our program is carefully curated to equip founders with the skills and knowledge required to identify the right problem, validate it with real customers, and ultimately prepare them for potential funding from the Fellow Fund.
  • We have weekly workshop session led by the Ripple Team, portfolio company founders, Ripple Venture Partners, and past alumni fellows.
  • We run two batches per year every 6 months.
  • Majority of our programming is run virtually. We will have dedicated events, happy hours, and demo days aspects that are in-person.
  • By nurturing a close-knit and collaborative community, we aim to foster an environment where innovation can thrive and ideas can flourish.

Who are we looking for?

  • Open to founders who are students, dropouts, and recent graduates that are based + incorporated in US/ Canada.
  • Building a company within B2B SaaS (enterprise software, AI, developer tools).

Fellow Fund

  • We are investing USD 50–100K into student-founded companies building in B2B SaaS. Companies do not need to undergo the fellowship to receive funding.

🌱 Meet the Batch!

1 — Offload

Website | Based in Texas, United States.

What they do: An LLM-powered chatbot that aggregates information from existing documentation, GitHub, Slack, and Discord, providing up-to-date, context-rich answers to reduce support workload and streamline developer queries.

Founders: Anshita Saini (CEO) and Rashad Philizaire (CTO)

2 — Ceco.ai

Website | Based in Vancouver, Canada

What they do: Ceco AI provides sustainable resource management software for mining companies who need innovative technologies to solve operational inefficiencies and reduce environmental impact. With an initial focus on sustainable water management, Ceco AI leverages company, satellite, and sensor data using machine learning to generate climate-target aligned recommendations — resulting in greater productivity, cost savings, and strengthened stakeholder relations.

Founders: Kiran Dhatt (CEO) and Vincent Kenn (CPO)

3 — Spiral Works

Website | Based in NY, United States // Halifax, Canada.

What they do: Spiral Works aims to create “cognitive AI” that surpasses current SoTA AI models by using a bottom-up approach grounded in bleeding edge cognitive theory and computational neuroscience. In the short term, we are validating experimental results in real world industry via an anomaly detection engine API product that addresses urgent issues in the enterprise security sector’s anomaly detection capabilities.

4 — Credible AI

Based in Vancouver, Canada.

What they do: Credible AI is on a mission to help MLOps teams and enterprises put AI ethics into actions. Their vision is to build a software platform allowing businesses to utilize Generative AI with transparency, compliance and explainability.

Founder: Tony Goel (CEO)

5 — onechart.ai (formerly medX Insight)

Website | Based in Hamilton, Ontario.
What they do: onechart.ai helps automate administrative workflows and documentation for healthcare practitioners, enabling them to focus on care instead of paperwork.
Founders: Shreyas Suri (CEO), Kevin Oyuyang (CTO), Adil Mohammed (COO)

6 — Jaimy

Website | Based in Toronto, Canada.

What they do: Jaimy is an end-to-end, AI-native pipeline for client-facing teams to maximize meeting efficiency by automating scheduling, context management, follow-ups and more.

Founders: Jack Orr (CEO), Rohin Arya (CTO)

7 — Glist

Website | Based in Toronto, Canada.

What they do: Leveraging AI to deliver predictive analytics to traffic engineers and policy.

Founder: Andrew Nijmeh (CEO)

8 — Composure

Website | Based in New York, United States.

What they do: Composure revolutionizes regulatory compliance management using AI, providing early detection of regulatory changes before they impact your operations.

Founders: Anmol Sahai (CEO) and Ilia Rogov (CTO)
