Ideas
The first idea is for the specially disabled people who don’t have hands.
In this case we have a wheel chair for them to sit on instead of the seat on the cycle. The pedals will be same and they can pedal with their legs.
For direction control we can have a mechanism in which the handle is substituted with a rod which has locks. So once they have placed their elbows on the lock they press a button to lock their elbows.
Now they can steer with ease.
The second case will be for the people without limbs- no hands no legs.
All things will be same but they will peddle with their hands while controlling the direction, both attached to the metal rod.
