Day 5

Today we got down to do the actual work which was supposed to be done yesterday. We first met Rolli maam in the morning who was suffering with a special ability. She shared the problems she faces in her daily life and inspired us with her positive attitude.

We picked up many things and few groups decided to change their idea totally so that they could cater to the disabled’s needs. We kept our product the same as we believe that our product would be very helpful to the blind people.

Each group got 15 minutes over the day to meet Rolli ma’am, Joshua sir, Raag sir, Nilesh sir and Kiran maam to share their idea and take feedback. We understood the importance of working with the user instead of working for the user.

While the meet our idea was approved but we got feedback on how there are more factors that we need to consider like the health factor. We learnt that to much intake of metals such as copper can cause major health problems. We worked on these questions and made our product safe and durable.

We have also tried our prototype and it was successful.
