Developing Empathy

Today, we became our users. Two of our group members went around hopping all day on one leg, to see what the user experience for a chair is, right from being relieved to finally sit on it, to stuggling to get up from it.

We also met one of our users, and asked her what matters most to her in a chair, and what’s the worst part. With her views, we understood the importance of portability, and convinience.

We’ve tried different combinations of resources with her feedback, and will have our product ready by tomorrow 😄
