Happy August-The Month Of Creating Your Own Path!

This week I decided to read “Unstuck” by Dan Webster & Randy Gravitt, this book will inspire, energize and allow you to get unstuck.

I will be discussing:

1. Small Changes Make Big Results

2. Erase Negative Thinking

3. Do Whatever It Takes

And be sure to read my last blog on “Book Review: How To Find Your Why In Life” & “FREE Download: August 2019 Motivational Quote Desktop Wallpapers”.

If I could some up this book into one word it would have to be the word unstuck: getting yourself out of a hard place in your life.

1. Small Changes Make Big Results

When new changes occur in our lives it stimulates our brain several ways and allows for us to have a boost in our mood, enhances our creativity and clears our mind for new ideas. Simply by changing your daily routines, rearranging your home, and changing who you hang out with.

All these small choices will add up to major changes in your life, which is why every decision you make matters. Of course, you will think that if you drift off and skip steps because it doesn’t seem so important today but they do make a difference. And after some time these choices will stack up and allowing you to knock out your goals and helping you get unstuck.

2. Erase Negative Thinking

Refuse to lower your expectations by trusting that you’ll meet them and breaking out of your comfort zone. Come up with a list of all of the strengths, positive traits and what you have accomplished, to remember that you are capable and worthy.

So that you can stop sabotaging yourself from making progress whether it may be consciously or unconsciously with limiting beliefs. In order to get rid of your self-doubt, you practicing being hopeful and believing in yourself.

You must break through that barrier of pessimism in your life, this has always been something I’ve struggled with. Which is why I try to add in prayer, reading inspirational books and writing daily affirmations on a regular basis.

3. Do Whatever It Takes

Once you have successfully changed your mindset and deleted negative thoughts in your life. Just start and commit by crafting a plan to stick to and give yourself a deadline to accomplish it by.

Commit to working towards it every day and allow for this to be what you think about instead of your negative thoughts. By devoting a large period of time and consistency you will be able to accomplish anything and you will see how far you have gotten from being stuck to where you are now.

Would I Buy Or Read Again?

Can I see myself re-reading Dan Webster & Randy Gravitt’s book “Unstuck” again? No Can I see myself even purchasing “Unstuck”? No, I feel like a lot of the information I read in this can be found online so I won’t be buying it for my personal library.

The Question of the Week is inspired by Dan Webster & Randy Gravitt’s book “Unstuck”. How do you get ‘Unstuck’?

Answer: By clearing my mind, journaling how I feel and going for a nature walk.
