Happy September-The Month Of Falling Into A Better You!

Happy September-The Month Of Falling Into A Better You!

This week I decided to read “The Struggle Is Real” by Nicole Unice, this book is bursting with tips to help you lower your bills and raise your credit score and so much more.

I will be discussing:

1. Build & Strengthen Your Faith

2. Breakout Of A Rut

3. Bettering Your Life

And be sure to read my last blog on “Book Review: Unlocking Your Extraordinary Mind” & FREE Download: September Desktop Wallpapers.

If I could sum up this book into one word it would have to be the word Struggle: make forceful or violent efforts to get free of whatever is holding you back.

1. Build & Strengthen Your Faith

Every day we are tempted and tested in our faith, when times are tough we often rely on money, friends, political leaders, and of course themselves. When we should really be trusting in the Lord to see us through whatever we are going through.

And this can be done by building and strengthening our faith and relationship with God. We can do this by reading the word of God or even reading a different bible translation. Incorporating the word in our everyday life by following his instructions and not being hard on ourselves when we fall short.

2. Breakout Of A Rut

In order to get out of a rut in your life you have to first identify the source of it, and gather your feelings of discontentment. Mix up your routine and be compassionate with yourself on whatever mistakes or projects that went south. Get out in nature go camping or even a daily walk to clear your head, allow the scenery to inspire you as you discover your true purpose.

3. Bettering Your Life

Your life can improve by having a grateful heart and appreciating what you instead of focusing on what you don’t. Changing your perspective can help you to change your mood, in order to keep a good mood you have to watch out for negative thinking.

Make sure to not overlook your emotions, no matter what your feelings are they are still valid. Feelings aren’t facts so just because feel a certain way doesn’t mean it’s right, so try not resent or have an attitude towards others. Instead, reevaluate your position and learn who you are to build up your values and continue striving to be your best self.

Would I Buy Or Read Again?

Can I see myself re-reading Nicole Unice’sbook “The Struggle Is Real” again? Yes. Can I see myself even purchasing “The Code of the Extraordinary Mind”? Yes, I believe that this goal can help me restore the way I think and help me to continue to unlock my gifts and potential.

The Question of the Week is inspired by Nicole Unice’s book “The Struggle Is Real”. Is your struggle real?

Answer: Yes it is, but I know that if I work hard enough I can get passed it.
