The father of actress Matthew Perry got the role from the popular series.

One of the most popular television series in the world has once again revealed funny facts. This time it has been reported that the Friends series saw in one episode the father of one of the main actors, Matthew Perry , 49.

John Bennett Perry played the role of Joshua’s father, Rachel’s date in the series, and was seen in season four of The One With Rachel’s New Dress .

78-year-old John Bennett Perry has previously acted in the same productions with his son. In the 1997 film Fools Rush In, she starred as the father of Matthew Perry’s role.
