About the Testnet 🚀

Rivera Money will be taking a slightly different approach to the testnet launch. We will provide access to a group of pre-selected participants who will help perform a series of functionality tests while sharing their insights on usability and user experience over the course of the next few weeks.

The whitelisting application for early testing is live now. We are calling all DeFi natives, liquidity miners, LP market-makers, and crypto enthusiasts to try out our product and provide feedback. This will help us solidly shape the innovation of structured products in its early days. The phase 1 testers will be provided exclusive community access and the Top 100 users will be awarded Rivera OG Badge NFT. The badge will be provided to the community members based on the network interaction, feedback quality, and discord activity.

The private testnet participants will be testing the following protocol functionalities:

• ALM’s frontend interface
• Setting up their wallet
• Liquidity Mining vault
• LSD Farming vault
• Adding or removing liquidity
• Portfolio Management
• Yield Generation
• Being as degen as possible 😉

The Rivera team will also be simultaneously carrying out rigorous tests to ensure we are delivering the optimal parameters for safe operation and a better user experience. Some of the tests the Rivera team will perform on the protocol during the testnet are:

• Adjust pool and protocol parameters
• Measure the impact of different risk parameters
• Load testing all components of the system
• Add new pools & strategies
• Add new features to the protocol
• Security testing of the protocol

Please note that this is v1 of our testnet and does not include all of the functionalities that will be offered in the Rivera Money. It is merely a sneak peek for liquidity providers. The testnet will continuously evolve, bringing in more features and upgrades as we go along.
