Last night’s hailstorm was even worse than predicted, and it was followed by torrential rains. Many of our houses have been severely damaged and fields have been destroyed. Even the caves of our local hermits were flooded. Fortunately, a few people visited the amulet seller in the Deer Park, and those who obtained both of his amulets were well protected. The floods washed out our bridge, however, and we will need to make repairs as soon as possible. We’ve also had news that a naga illness has stricken a neighboring village — our doctors and ritualists must go help!
