Impending legal cannabis to alter restaurants’ modus operandi

Restaurant workers and owners will face new challenges and opportunities when cannabis becomes legal in Canada later this year, including expanded responsibility for safe serving and competitive job offers from the nascent retail cannabis scene.

Chad Finkelstein, a lawyer with Dale & Lessmann, and Shanna Munro, president of Restaurants Canada, chatted with Breakfast Television Toronto this morning to explain what the new cannabis laws mean for servers and patrons.
