5 things to know for #Tokyo2020 this week…

1. The #Tokyo2020 fireworks show using “expired” fireworks was a fake, built with simulation software but is still fun to watch: https://bit.ly/3kSTw4u

2. Tokyo 2020 fan mindset falls into 3 categories — going no matter what, wait and see, and I am out. Entirely expected at this point and will be interesting to see how it changes over time. https://bit.ly/31fa8fej

3. Tokyo 2020 Torch Relay schedule to remain intact for next year, remains to be seen if the events are scaled down and that likely depends on the state of the pandemic. https://nyti.ms/3hhqJV8

4. #Tokyo2020 venues re-opening for training including canoe slalom, water polo, and field hockey: https://bit.ly/2QdeuNx

5. #Tokyo2020 ticket pricing in India, is there a problem here? Bottom line is Olympic ticketing is complicated and this has to do with the exchange rate and the India Rupee losing 25% to the yen over the last two years. Nothing nefarious here. https://bit.ly/2DTzWEE

Bonus: Video has a hotel deal in it from a major hotel chain for the 2nd week of next year’s #Tokyo2020 games.
