The mobile is the only thing in World, for which the people has gone mad. The most addicted is the smart phone and to it the hardest addiction is the social media build in our smart phone. Now-a-days, people out there are always in their phone. Each activity is incorporated with the immense use of phone. Ever since, people are utilizing the use of it, it has some sort of drawbacks too. But that doesn’t mean that you should not use it.

When it comes to using a smart phone, everyone should use it but where? that is a question we need to ask ourselves. We came across many people on the roadways where they use mobile phones especially when they are behind their wheel.

When someone is driving, he is responsible for the life of himself as well as the one who is with him inside the car and also the other people driving on the same road. Yet he think it’s so easy to attend a phone call while driving then it’s really a bad idea because attending a call can distract you easily from the activity you are doing currently and hence, you end up putting your life in danger.

Using mobile while driving is a violation of traffic rules which can make you pay hefty fine. Along with it other things that comes under the violation of traffic rules that is driving while listening music via earphones, using Bluetooth while driving, talking on speaker phone, taking selfies, chatting while driving, text and drive etc. however, there is a relaxation for using the phone for navigation.

According to the Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, the drivers need to be aware about the hefty fines associated with road safety violations in which talking on mobile phone while driving will attract a fine of Rs 5,000, up sharply from the current Rs 1,000. Hence, to avoid paying such huge amount, be a responsible driver and Drive Responsibly and ‘Do Not Use Mobile While Driving’.
