We see many cyclists cycling on the roads. In the high chilling winter, most of the people opt for cycling as their first most exercise. Also, one of the cheapest yet easy modes of transportation, the bicycle is worth riding on the road.
The bicycle is probably cheaper than any other vehicle in the market, it will easily carry you to your destination without spending a lot. Being pollution-free, it will cause no harm to the environment & requires less space on the road.
Riding your bicycle regularly is one of the best ways to reduce your risk of health problems associated with a sedentary lifestyle. Cycling is a healthy, low-impact exercise that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from young children to older adults. It is also fun as there is no tension in maintaining the bicycle.

When talking about road safety in India, we come to a lot of issues like traffic, road condition, being safe on the road, helmet & seatbelt etc. But a bicycle is the easiest way to be safer on the road by driving slowly & steadily.
But how safe is to ride a bicycle in India? Many people have this question in their mind. However, the answer to this question depends on their perception. For someone, Indian roads are chaotic, have potholes, & filled with numerous garbage, improper construction and many more. But on the other hand, cycling is still accepted on India’s normal roads (expect Highways) whereas in other countries cycling is not accepted on the road which is very odd for an enthusiastic cyclist to hear.

Keep Cycling!
