In a busy world where people can rarely take a moment to pause, Private Dining is easily one of the best ways to get face time with your most important clients. Here are 3 reasons Private Dining is the best way to upgrade your client entertainment.

Service: Having worked in private dining for over 2 years earlier in my career, I can tell you that servers in Private Dining Rooms (PDRs as we call them) have an understanding of their guests before they even walk through the door. As a result, service is far better and servers cater to guests’ needs in a more personal way than in the public space

Atmosphere: Say goodbye to crying babies, drunk slobs and noisy atmospheres that could potentially jeopardize a deal and enter the calm, intimate and personalized experience that is the private dining room.

Ease of Use: Private dining allows for you to plan ahead. With minimum spends and price fixed menus being the industry standard, you can go into a restaurant knowing how much your company will spend on the meal so you can spend less time thinking about the price of a dinner and more time thinking about your client’s needs.

So why haven’t you brought your top client to a PDR yet? Well, I can’t give you a straight answer as this is a rhetorical question but I can give you an idea.

My guess is you’re too busy to plan & book this type of experience for your clients — or you simply haven’t thought about taking your client entertainment to the next level.

Either way, we’re here to help. Robin is a corporate concierge platform that can source the best private dining experiences at the click of a button.

If you are looking for a way to close more deals and build more meaningful relationships with your clients, private dining is definitely the way to go. You’re party will feel like rock stars and as someone who has worked in private dining (Yours truly), you should be confident you’ll be treated like one.
