Game Review: Super Striker League
Bombs, mummies, epic music, and soccer/football are all thrown together in Super Striker League, Roblox’s newest sports game. Super Striker League released on August 30th and is developed by Cinder Studios. Cinder Studios is lead by Cindering and several other developers. Cindering is one of Roblox’s top creators and game producers.
The goal is simple: get the ball in the enemy team’s goal before the enemy team can do the same to you. You must outsmart them with different abilities and equipment. Special events will occur that can aid or impede your victory that makes Super Striker League one of Roblox’s best sports games. Each match is truly unique, with ninjas shooting arrows at you and mummies being rising from the dead. For example, certain power-ups will spawn on the ground that can contribute to your super ability which is by default a massive boost of speed and energy. Another power-up is a circle on the ground that automatically renews all of your stamina. Roblox players will need to play their way to victory and hope to not be on the receiving end of the special events.
If you have never played Super Striker League the first you see when you spawn is the main lobby, this is where you can upgrade your skills, customize your character, and join a game.
Overall, I enjoy the lobby. It does exactly what it needs todo when I need to do it. If I need to open a crate, I can open the crate in the lobby. When I want to join a game, I can just join the game.
Gameplay
Super Striker League comes with 3 maps each of which offers a unique and creative experience.
For example, on the Eastern Map players have to handle arrows being fired at them from a distance and arrows being fired from above. I got hit a few times and it made me think critically while playing the game which is something very Roblox games let you do. It also came in handy when the enemy team would run into the arrows, helping us lead the way to an easy victory. The music in the Eastern Map was also a nice touch that helps immerse the player a unique environment.
The Sand map is also a unique experience, with an upbeat and intense soundtrack that gets you in the mood to play to win. This map’s unique feature is that mummies can appear and block your shots. Challenges like this make each play through unique and challenging which is somewhere we at RobloxRadar value and respect.
Striker Stadium is also incredibly unique with a futuristic and an almost Tron inspired design aesthetic that makes it unique. Striker Stadium is like your favorite food, it is always good and is a real treat when you have not had it in a while.
After a match ends you get XP which you use to equip yourself with more gear and to develop your abilities.
Verdict
Overall, Super Striker League is a solid and well-rounded game that pushes the boundaries of Roblox sports game with unique and tasteful game design and strategy. Our verdict is a solid 10/10 on Super Striker League.
