The management team of Rocket Equities, which includes Akarsh Dhaiya, Managing Partner, Mark, Partner Rocket Equities, and Vincent Rondot, Director have over 30 years of cumulated experience in M&A and investment banking across Europe and Asia.

Akarsh and Mark teamed up in 2018 to start Rocket Equities from Manila, Philippines. Today, the team’s operations have grown across Southeast Asia, engaged with active transactions in Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Over the last five years, Rocket Equities has had a fundraising mandate of US$ 750M+ and built a strong network of professional investors composed of VCs, PEs, Corporates, and CVCs in APAC.

• Advised Great Deals E-commerce, the leading Filipino e-commerce enabler that aims to become the “Alibaba of the Philippines”, which closed US$ 30M Series B in May 2021, and US $12M Series A in January 2020. The investors in the company include — CVC Capital Partners, FAST Logistics, and Navegar.
