QuadX is raising $25 million within the first quarter of 2021 to accelerate its expansion program to enable the company to take advantage of the surge in e-commerce demand amid the pandemic.

Ideal investors are potential long-term partners who have expertise in technology and e-commerce and can help the company. QuadX runs online delivery and payment market platform GoGo Express to scale up in Southeast Asia.

Rocket Equities is advising QuadX in this fundraising process. The funds raised will be used for product and technology development to make social selling seamless offering modules such as selling bots, inventory manager, channel manager, and data intelligence. The funds will also be used for expansion of coverage, and automation of operations to achieve 6.5x projected growth by 2025, said Dino Araneta — Founder & CEO.
