Rocket Equities adds another Southeast Asian e-commerce enabler under its belt; this time it is Vietnam’s OnPoint. Rocket Equities has been the exclusive financial advisor to the Philippines’ largest e-commerce enabler, Great Deals E-commerce Corp. (GDEC), through its Series A & B.
Rocket Equities is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to OnPoint, Vietnam’s leading E-commerce enabler, on its US$50 million Series B round led by Seatown Holdings International, an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek. It is the largest private investment in the SEA e-commerce enabler industry in the last five years.
